When asked about advice for aspirants, Officer Taylor stressed the importance of physical fitness and mental robustness. “Physical strength will get you through the duty, but mental toughness will get you through the career," he quips, "You have to be adept not only at tight-knots but also at resilience-muscle-workouts".
